MOST INSURANCES ACCEPTED
As a courtesy to our patients, our office will submit billing to your insurance company, Worker's Compensation, or automobile insurance for services we provide. Please realize that health insurance policies do vary and it's the patient's responsibility to know what services are covered or if a referral is needed.

The "Pennsylvania Direct Access Bill" allows patients to see a physical therapist without a physician's referral for 30 days. Some insurance companies, including Capital Blue Cross and Highmark Blue Shield, will cover physical therapy services without a physician's referral during that 30-day period.

We accept most insurance plans including Medicare, Prime Source/PPHN, Capital Blue Cross, Capital Blue Cross Senior Blue PPO, CHIP, Keystone Health Plan Central, Keystone Senior Blue HMO, Highmark Blue Shield, Federal BC/BS, Out of Area BC/BS, Highmark Freedom Blue, Aetna, Aetna Medicare, Health America (Physical Therapy ONLY), Health Assurance (Physical Therapy ONLY), Advantra, Advantra Freedom, Cigna, Cigna Medicare, Worker's Compensation, automobile insurance and many more. We are not participating in Medical Assistance or Medicaid.
